Diana Arredondo

Diana is an attorney with over thirteen years of experience in Intellectual Property, Domain Names, Digital Media, Privacy and Data Protection, licensed to practice in Mexico and the United States. Her practice includes trademarks, copyrights, related and neighboring rights, right of publicity, collective management societies, domain names, television formats, digital media, social media, privacy and data protection.

Diana graduated from Law School and a Master in Corporate Law from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, was previously Senior Counsel at Grupo Televisa, a leading media company in the Spanish-speaking world, where she led the international IP division. Diana joined Amazon’s IP Team as a Corporate Counsel in December 2017 where she supports the Digital business, which includes devices and works on strategies to protect brands globally.

Diana is a frequent speaker at national and international Intellectual Property events, and is currently Vice-chair of the Internet Committee at the International Trademark Association.
