The subject under study by the Copyright Committee was selected for its relevance and current interest. The work presented was carried out in two stages. At first, a study was carried out on the retransmission of fragments of sporting events. Subsequently and in order to complement the study carried out, the retransmission of the complete content of sporting events was analyzed.

Our objective was to find out in the different countries if there was a normative forecast and jurisprudence regarding the retransmission of sporting events, in a first instance of fragments and in a later study it was analyzed with respect to the complete content.
