SPORT LAW

In this installment, an approach is made to Sports Law from multiple angles because Intellectual Property, as we have seen so many times in ASIPI, is an issue that goes far beyond the various regulations.
The work highlights research on Ambush Marketing, studies on the use and abuse of the image of athletes and various legal-practical analyzes on Merchandising and Marketing in the sports field. This book has an additional practical virtue and it is that it compiles the main judicial pronouncements that have been produced in Latin America, the United States and Europe on the matter so that the reader understands the various litigation and jurisprudential trends of the moment. It also includes several models of contracts with high-performance athletes that many lawyers can serve as a starting point, as a beginning, in the practice of sports law.
