Practical Mediation Manual
The advantages of mediation are innumerable and its dissemination has been very successful in our continent on various issues, including that of intellectual property. Aware of this global trend of using mediation to find a quick and less expensive solution to intellectual property disputes, ASIPI commissioned the work to carry out a practical manual of mediation to three Latin American authorities on the subject, Jaidivi Núñez Varón, Alfredo Revelo Trujillo and José Octavio Zuluaga Rodríguez. The result is more than expected and we are sure that this manual will be the guide for all companies, judges, universities and colleagues on how, when and why to use mediation to resolve current and potential conflicts on intellectual property issues.
