In a very short time, this activity has generated a volume of income from sponsorships and content transmission that compete (and, in some cases, exceed) other traditional sports. Videogames and eSports are in full evolution, and all this wealth of technological innovation and development of new business models directly challenges law in general and intellectual property in particular.
