Doctor of Law from Universidad Austral. Research Coordinator at the Faculty of Law and Diplomacy of the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. Professor of the courses “Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights” and “Legal Research Methodology” at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. Professor of the Master’s Program in Intellectual Property and New Technologies at Universidad Austral. Partner at Bareiro Modica Abogados law firm (Paraguay). President of the Paraguayan Association of Intellectual Property Agents (APAPI). Chair of the working group “The Role of Universities in the Development of IP” and Secretary of “ASIPI Academia”, both within the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI). Author of several papers and articles on technology transfer and intellectual property management in universities.
