Attorney specialized in intellectual property with over 18 years of experience designing legal strategies in the areas of trademarks, copyright, technology transfer, advertising, and unfair competition. He is the founding partner of MCG Law Firm Perú and a university professor at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
In the public sector, he has held positions such as Commissioner of the Copyright Commission, Vice President of the Transitional Commission on Trademarks, and Analyst at the Specialized Intellectual Property Chamber of INDECOPI.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chile and earned his law degree with honors from the University of Lima.
