Ann McCrackin

Ann McCrackin is an Adjunct Law Professor at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a distinguished U.S. Patent Attorney with over 25 years of experience in patent prosecution. She was a Shareholder at Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, P.A. for many years. Ann is not only skilled in legal practice but also in the development and integration of AI-based technologies in IP practices. As the founding President of Black Hills IP, an IP docketing and AI/automation company, she spent 11 years applying AI-based technologies to IP docketing processes. In her role as an Adjunct Professor at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, Ann has shared her deep knowledge of patent prosecution and the role of technology in patent practice with hundreds of students.
