With more than 13 years of experience in intellectual property, Pamela Gisholt has been an Associate in the office of Arochi & Lindner Mexico since 2013, and currently heads the Information and Communication Technologies Department. She has extensive experience protecting and enforcing the intellectual property rights of leading companies in a variety of industries worldwide. Her practice focuses on coordinating, developing and implementing strategies for the protection and defense of intellectual property rights and combating piracy and counterfeiting. Simultaneously, she has expanded her expertise in domain names, and manages dispute procedures before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as in action strategies, consulting and review of terms and conditions, and operational policies in the field of information and communication technologies, including e-commerce platforms and social networks, with experience in copyright, privacy and personal data protection, and extensive knowledge in advertising, as well as in the legal aspects of Web3, and emerging technologies. Pamela holds a Law Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and is certified as Blockchain Consultant Pro by the Blockchain Academy since 2022. She has given several talks and courses -both in Mexico and abroad- in relation to the subjects in which she is an expert, has participated in the writing of different articles, and has been a professor at university level in the degrees of Advertising and Fashion Design and Marketing.
