Plans and Costs
Anyone wishing to register after November 19 must do so in person at the Event, applying the ON-SITE rate
Special discount
As of the fourth registrant of the same firm, a 20% discount will be applied on the corresponding rate (member or non-member). The first, second and third participant of the same firm will pay the full rate..
To obtain this discount, interested parties must contact our treasury directly ([email protected]), who will be in charge of processing the registration(s).
What does registration include?
- Inauguration Ceremony on December 1st.
- Keynote Speech on December 1.
- Plenaries on December 2 and 4.
- December 3 Workshops.
- Networking Area from December 1 to 4.
- Access to Trade Show December 2 to 4.
- Permanent coffee service from December 2 to 4 in areas of the event (Networking, Plenary, Commercial Exhibition)..
- Lunch and coffee breaks on December 1, for attendees of the Board of Directors, Working Committees and Special Programs.
- Coffee Breaks and Lunches on December 2 and 4.
- Coffee Break and Lunch on December 3, for Workshop attendees.
- Sunday, December 1: Opening Cocktail at the Hilton Hotel.
- Monday, December 2: Studies Cocktail at the Biodiversity Museum.
- Tuesday, December 3: Sunset and Barbecue at the Westin Playa Bonita.
- Wednesday, December 4: Closing Dinner at Panama La Vieja.
Access to the following activities is included with a limited number of participants, who must register in advance if they wish to participate in them:
- Tennis: December 3.
- Soccer: December 3.
- Padel: December 3.
- Yoga: December 4.
Access to the following activities is limited to a limited number of participants, who must register at a separate cost if they wish to participate in them:
- Wine tasting: November 29th.
- Running Tour: December 2.
- Golf Tournament: December 3.
- We Respect: December 3.
- Geographical Indications Tour: Departure December 5.

- Monday, December 2: Tour to Emberá Querá Community.
- Monday, December 2: Studies Cocktail at the Biodiversity Museum.

- Wednesday, December 4: Gastronomic-Cultural Tour through the Old Town with lunch at Hotel La Compañía.

Companion rate
Companions may only register for the event through the registration of a main participant (member, non-member or guest).
Any person who is not a member of ASIPI, who is not dedicated to the practice of Intellectual Property and/or who is not part of the same firm or company as the main participant may register under this category.
Student
- Academic sessions from December 2 and 4
- Workshops on December 3
- Coffee Breaks and Lunches on December 2 and 4
- Coffee Break and Lunch on December 3, for Workshop attendees.
- Not included. Those registered as STUDENTS do not participate in these activities
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations received before September 22 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received by November 17 will be refunded 10%**.
** The refunds made by ASIPI correspond exclusively to the payment for the registration in the event and not for lodging, in which case the conditions established by the Hotel must be observed.
