Mexican, Bachelor of Law from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, focused on trademark prosecution, she has several diplomas from CIDE and Escuela Libre de Derecho. Associate at Basham since 2018. She chairs the Bajío Committee of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AMPPI), is part of the Fashion Law Committee of the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), secretary of ASIPI Fit and is a member of several international Intellectual Property Associations. Author of various articles and lecturer in different national and international forums. She actively participates in the pro-bono practice of Basham, Ringe and Correa from the Basham, Ringe and Correa Basham Foundation, which provides free legal advice to non-profit organizations, social entrepreneurs and organizations, social entrepreneurs and individuals with limited economic resources.
