Participant registration includes:

- This registration does NOT include hotel room; it is personal and non-transferable.

Anyone who is not a member of ASIPI, is not engaged in the practice of Intellectual Property and is not part of the same firm or company of the main participant, can register under this category.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL COSTS ARE IN US DOLLARS.
Event Registration:
– Cancellations received until October 13 inclusive, will have a full refund, minus 90% for administrative expenses. Refunds will be made for the portion of the registration corresponding only to the participation in the event, the portion corresponding to lodging must be verified according to the Hotel policy.
– Cancellations received after October 14 do not have refund.
– Note: From the third registration made by the same firm, a 20% discount will be applied to the corresponding rate, that is to say, the 3rd enrollee of the same firm will be applied the discount in reference according to the corresponding rate. by the time the registration is made.
Hotel
ASIPI assumes no liability before the participants of the event for hotel reservations, changes, cancellations and/or any other matter related to the hotel. All these issues must be addressed directly to the hotel and Perspectiva ([email protected])
