As Brexit is a current topic and taking into account the immediate effects that will occur on January 1, 2021, we consider that this webinar aroused a lot of interest for ASIPI members.
The content of the webinar covered all the relevant aspects that may arise before and after the transitional period of Brexit, such as the birth of equivalent registrations in the United Kingdom, what will happen with the cancellation actions and opposition procedures that are found pending from January 1, 2021, what will happen to European Union trademarks that are processed by British agents once the transition period is over and other relevant aspects.
Therefore, we can conclude that the webinar met ASIPI's expectations and was consequently a success.
