The subject under study by the Copyright Committee was selected for its relevance and current interest.
Our objective was to find out in the different countries if there was a normative provision and jurisprudence regarding the retransmission of sporting events, in the first instance of fragments and , in a later study, it was analyzed with respect to the full content.
