Cancellation Policy

ALL COSTS ARE IN US DOLLARS.

Event Registration
– Cancellations received until March 23 inclusive, will have a full refund, minus 10% for administrative expenses.
– Cancellations received after March 24 do not have refund.

 

Hotel

ASIPI assumes no liability before the participants of the event for hotel reservations, changes, cancellations and/or any other matter related to the hotel. All these issues must be addressed directly to the hotel and/or to the company Perspective Meetings & Travel ([email protected]).
