In a world driven by knowledge and innovation, universities play a central role in the training of professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs capable of leading the management and protection of Intellectual Property (IP). This panel-workshop aims to foster a rich dialogue among prominent academic authorities from various higher education institutions across the Americas.
Through an interactive format, panelists will share experiences on the design and updating of academic programs, faculty capacity-building, the incorporation of new technologies and teaching methodologies, as well as the challenges of connecting academia with the productive sector and other key stakeholders. In this context, ASIPI—which maintains collaboration agreements with universities—positions itself as a key player in promoting academic networks, joint projects, and training opportunities that strengthen a culture of respect for and strategic use of IP.
