We invite you to join us for “The ABC of Malbec”, an exclusive wine tasting and pairing experience specially designed for attendees of the ASIPI Congress. Join us on a sensory journey where you’ll learn to identify the notes, character, and history of this iconic Argentine wine, while enjoying a special selection of flavors that enhance its essence.
SOMMELIER:
MARIANA GIL JUNCAL
She holds a degree in Social Communication (UP), is a journalist (TEA), a sommelier (EAS), and a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Creator of “Mapa del Vino”, a series that promotes communication about national and international wine culture.
Currently, she teaches “ABC of Wine”, an introductory course to the world of wine, and organizes itinerant tasting sessions in various locations throughout Buenos Aires.
She is a correspondent for the prestigious Spanish wine magazine Vinetur. In Argentina, she is a wine columnist for Perfil.com, Sos Mujer, and hosts her own space, “I Wine it all” (featuring content on beverages & pairings) on Biei News.
