The intersection between climate change and intellectual property rights will be addressed, with a particular focus on the impact on geographical indications. The objective is to explore how climate changes are affecting the traditional production conditions of goods protected by geographical indications, as well as the geographic areas covered by these indications, analyzing how the intellectual property system can adapt or respond to these challenges.
