José Octavio Guerrero Martínez is a lawyer with a Master´s degree in Intellectual Property and over 15 years of experience. He currently serves as Intellectual Property Manager at Grupo AlEn, leading global strategies on trademarks, patents and trade secrets. Previously, he worked at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI). Recognized by World Trademark Review in WTR 300 and WTR Global Leaders, he has led key projects suchs as securing fame declarations for iconic brands in Mexico
