manages the firm’s relations with Latin America. She handles trademark and design portfolios for clients worldwide, particularly in the fashion, luxury, and entertainment sectors.
Author of numerous publications and articles, she has been a frequent speaker and moderator at conferences in Spain and internationally on trademarks and distinctive signs. She is the author of the “Spain” chapter of the Luxury Law Book, a book dedicated to luxury law launched in 2016, as well as its subsequent editions
up to the most recent one in 2024. University professor in the Master’s Program in Intellectual Property at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Recognized among the top professionals in Spain by prestigious rankings and legal publications: World Trademark Review, World IP Review, and Who’s Who Legal. She was named one of the 100 most influential women in intellectual property in 2020 (by World IP Review).
She was the winner of the “100 Latinos” Award in 2014 – Madrid, Spain, granted to the 100 most outstanding professionals of Latin American origin in Spain. This year, she was appointed Italian ambassador of the Chilean media outlet LWYR Magazine.
