Andrés Rodríguez is the director of Novus Estrategias Legales, a boutique firm specializing in intellectual property and technology law. With over ten years of experience, he advises clients from various industries on matters related to trademarks, privacy, technology, entertainment, and corporate law.
He holds a law degree from Universidad del Norte (Colombia), a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire. He earned this degree through a full scholarship awarded as the winner of an international competition sponsored by the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), where he was also honored with the Franklin Pierce Center of IP Excellence Award.
Andrés has served as a researcher at the Center for AI and Digital Policy in Washington and as an intern at the International Trademark Association (INTA). He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Colombian Association of LegalTech and Technology Law (Alt-Co) and is an active member of organizations such as ASIPI, INTA, and Cecolda.
