Antonio Martínez Montesinos, Doctor in Jurisprudence, develops his professional practice in the areas of Intellectual Property, Competition Law, and Corporate Law, providing counsel to leading national and international companies. Part of his career has also been devoted to litigation in these fields.
In the corporate sphere, he advises companies from their incorporation throughout their development, ensuring regulatory compliance and offering legal certainty for the consolidation of their business activities in the country. His experience also extends to the fields of Insurance Law and Contract Law. In the academic field, he has served as a university professor of Intellectual Property at the University of Azuay in Cuenca, Ecuador.
