I am an economist with a Master’s degree in Finance, and I currently serve as the Executive Director of Alamesa, a restaurant staffed by neurodiverse individuals that combines culinary excellence with a unique model of workplace inclusion. In my role, I lead a diverse team and promote a work culture that integrates mental health, enjoyment, and professional growth, generating a widely recognized social impact.
Before my experience at Alamesa, I worked in the corporate sector, in positions at Accenture, Citibank, and HSBC, where I gained solid experience in strategy, management, and organizational development. My professional journey seeks to combine a business-oriented mindset with a genuine social commitment, aimed at transforming paradigms of inclusion through everyday practice.
