Juan Berton Moreno

Juan Berton Moreno is a Partner at Berton Moreno IP Law and has been working in Intellectual Property since 1993, with vast experience in trademarks, principally in prosecution and handling local and international portfolios; copyrights; sports and entertainment law, representing all types of clients in a wide variety of industries. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is the Vice Chair of the Public Information Committee; the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents where he acts as the treasurer of the board of directors; ECTA where he is the Vice Chair of the Publications Committee. He has been a member pf the Executive Committee of ASIPI from 2009 -2015 and actually he is part of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. He graduated as a lawyer from the Catholic University of Argentina.
