Alejandro Fernández

Alejandro Fernandez is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Intellectual Property Law, a distinction he has held for nearly 20 years. He has represented clients in every stage of federal trademark, patent and trade secret litigation throughout the United States. Alex also has extensive experience in trademark and patent prosecution, as well as corporate due diligence involving IP. The highlights of Alex’s career include: working at Garrigues Anderson in Madrid, serving a full term on the Florida IP Board Certification Committee, interning for the Chief Judge Randall R. Rader at the Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit, and founding the Florida office of a large IP boutique. Alex is also passionate about teaching English as a Second Language to immigrants in the US.
