Miguel Muñoz is Managing Partner and practicing attorney at Muñoz-Lopez & Associates PLLC.
His practice focuses on the management, transactions, and litigation of intellectual property matters in the United States, representing multinational companies from various industries, as well as entrepreneurs, celebrities, and athletes.
He also serves as U.S. correspondent counsel for international law firms with clients in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, managing a portfolio of over 3,500 trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He is admitted to practice in New York and California, including before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Northern District of California.
He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), where he currently serves as Chair of the Country Guides Committee and is an active contributor to
the Pro Bono Committee.
