José Roberto Herrera

Lawyer from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia and Master in Intellectual Property from the Munich Institute for Intellectual Property, through the George Washington University of the United States, the Max Planck Institute of Munich, Germany and the universities of Augsburg and Technology ofMunich, Germany. He is a professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and also has teaching experience at the Max Planck Institute in Munich, Germany. Likewise, he is an arbitrator in conflicts related to intellectual property assigned to the Conciliation Centers of the BogotaChamber of Commerce and the National Copyright Directorate. He is president of the ASIPI Copyright Committee, member of the board of directors of the Colombian Copyright Center and president of the INTA subcommittee on PublicityRights. Since 2011, he has directed the Law Firm Herrera Díaz Abogados dedicated to Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law matters.
