Currently leads the practice of Intellectual Property and New Technologies, concentrating his professional practice also in business, contracts, sanitary regulation, competition, consumption, and new technologies.

Recognized as “Recommended Expert” by World Trademark Review (WTR 1000) editions 2020 and 2021, ranked as “Up & Coming” by Chambers and Partners (2021), and classified her IP team, under her leadership, by The Legal 500, editions 2019 and 2020.

She teaches at two important universities in the Dominican Republic, and is an active member of national and international associations.
