Pedro Oliva

Pedro Oliva is a retired Captain in the Venezuelan Army, with a degree in Military Arts and Sciences and a specialization in Military Telecommunications with 14 years of experience before joining the executive world in 2007.

Pedro joined the DIAGEO Andean Region team in 2016 and since 2019 has been assigned as Head of Security and Brand Protection for Central America and the Caribbean with a focus on the strategic planning of Corporate Security, where he has been leading high-impact processes for the business such as Business Continuity Management (BCM), Supply Chain Security, Executive Security and is responsible for the 360 ​​Strategy to combat illicit alcohol in the region.

During his 15-year career in the executive world, he has a career in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry in companies such as Schering Plow and 7 years working for Johnson & Johnson before joining DIAGEO managing the Brand Protection agenda for the region.
