Economist, Official Agent of Industrial Property, Magister Lucentinus in Industrial and Intellectual Property (Alicante), Master in Business Administration, and Specialist in Analysis and Management of Intangibles. Partner and founder of PADIMA -firma specializing in strategy, protection and defense of innovation creativity-, she combines her professional activity with teaching as Professor of Strategic Marketing and consumer behavior at the University of Alicante, and as a regular speaker at various business schools, congresses and organizations nationally and internationally.
In the professional field, Eva directs and coordinates the actions related to strategy and global protection of Intellectual Property assets in PADIMA. She is directly responsible for the analysis of intangibles, both the economic valuation of brands, as well as the audit of portfolios and the elaboration of protection and communication proposals regarding Industrial Property. Supervises the international area and manages trademark files abroad, as well as their possible incidents.
In the field of research, it can be highlighted her collaboration in the Studies “The triangle of success” and “Impact of brands in society and the economy” – driven by the National Association for the Defense of Trademarks (ANDEMA) and the Spanish Office of Patents and Trademarks (OEPM), and both carried out by a team from the University of Alicante.
Eva is an active member in various professional and business associations, among which the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), MARQUES, the Mediterranean Marketing Club, the Family Business Association (AEFA), INTA (International Trademark Association), Association of Directors of Communication (DIRCOM), Spanish Association of Marketing (AEMARK), Association of Communication Companies of the Valencian Community (AECPcv) and University Enterprise Foundation of the University of Alicante (FUNDEUN).
