Partner at Dannemann Siemsen in Brazil and his work focuses mostly on trademark prosecution, unfair competition and litigation in general. He has also been assisting clients and researching in new fields of digital law such as data protection and blockchain.
Felipe is currently a member of the board of the State Bar of Rio de Janeiro and of the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro.
In the academic field, Felipe obtained his law degree at Pontificia Universidade Católica (PUC) in Rio de Janeiro in 2005 and concluded a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) in 2010. He recently concluded a course at PUC-Rio on the “Programming of Smart Contracts for Attorneys”.
