Paula Gimena Fernández

Paula is a lawyer, having earned her degree from UCA and holding a Master’s in Intellectual Property from Universidad Austral. Boasting 20 years in the field, she has collaborated with renowned law firms in Argentina and now spearheads the Intellectual Property division of Mercado Libre at an international level. Paula has been invited to lecture at both Universidad Austral and Universidad Argentina de la
Empresa.
Her passion lies in intellectual property, legal marketing, and emerging technologies. Paula previously held the role of President for the Americas at GALA (Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance) and is a current member of ASIPI, where she contributes to the Business Committee. Additionally, she’s involved with INTA, having been appointed Co-chair of the GAC for LATAM and takes an active role in committees and initiatives, such as Women in LeadershIP.
Beyond her professional commitments, Paula frequently attends and contributes to conferences and events. She is the proud mother of two sons, an avid art lover, and unequivocally finds her greatest joy in traveling, be it for relaxation or business.
