Armando joined OLIVARES in 2000 and became a Partner at OLIVARES on January, 2017, he is part of the litigation and life sciences groups. Expert in Intellectual Property, his practice focuses on the area of Patent Law and Regulatory Law, with special emphasis on patent litigation having advised national and foreign companies on issues of litigation, regulatory and trademarks. Lawyer graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico – Faculty of Law in 1995. He has participated as a speaker in intellectual property seminars in Mexico and abroad. He is the author of several articles on the subject in national and international publications. He has worked as a postgraduate professor in the master’s degree in industrial property at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. He is currently a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), of the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI), of the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI), of the Bar Mexican Bar Association (BMA) and the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE).
