From 1989-2012 Mr. Goldstein served as Senior Counsel to Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of one of Japan’s largest multi-national corporations. While with Mitsui Mr. Goldstein oversaw legal work related to Mitsui’s various divisions, including those with interests in the film, bio-technology and consumer products business sectors. Mr. Goldstein also represented Mitsui (and currently represents other clients) in international joint ventures/cross border transactions involving new media, overseas manufacture and the import and export of various high-tech and
other products.
Prior to joining Mitsui Mr. Goldstein worked as an associate at Peabody & Brown in Boston and Golenbock & Barell in New York, representing public and privately held companies.
