Wine tasting and pairing

With Old World and New World wines we will host a tasting among friends that are ideal to accompany a good meal, where the palate calls for a sweet pairing.

The wines to taste:

Amarone della Valpolicella wine – Origin Italy

Late Harvest Wine – Origin Chile

Port Wine – Origin Portugal

Local gastronomic proposals from Chef Zorim Wong.

Sommeliers with a professional title from Spain and Argentina, touring wineries and harvests in countries such as Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, Chile, Argentina, China and Japan.
