In a professional environment where stress, pressure, and a fast-paced rhythm are often normalized, ASIPI Joven presents a different space: a practical and approachable conversation about mental health, well-being, and self-care in professional practice. Through the panel “Mental Health & Well-Being in Everyday Life”, we will explore how topics such as mindfulness, emotional management, personal balance, and daily habits directly impact our quality of life and professional development.

The activity will be led by Paula Mendonça, a psychologist specialized in mindfulness and emotional well-being, who will share concrete tools and reflections applicable to the daily life of highly demanding professions such as law and intellectual property. More than a theoretical talk, we aim to create a participatory and human space that invites reflection on how to build more sustainable, conscious, and balanced professional careers.
