Glenn Colton

Glenn Colton is a partner at ArentFox Schiff, LLP. He has a broad legal practice focusing on government investigations, civil litigation and sport-related matters.In his sports practice, Glenn represents a variety of entities (including sport teams and leagues) within the fantasy sports and gambling space. He also conducts investigations on behalf of companies, sports teams and leagues. Of particular note, he successfully represented the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (now known as the Fantasy Sports and Gaming Association) in the landmark litigation over the right to use player names in fantasy sports contests – a watershed moment in the history of fantasy sports that lead to the explosive growth of the industry. For his work on behalf of the FSGA, Glenn was elected to the organization’s Hall of Fame.Glenn’s connection to the sports world also includes his work over the last 14 years as a sports talk radio host on SiriusXM’s fantasy sports radio station.

Prior to working in private legal practice, Glenn also served almost 10 years as an assistant US attorney (commonly called a “Federal Prosecutor”) in the Southern District of New York, which is located in Manhattan in New York City.
