Attorney specialized in intellectual property with more than 18 years of experience in designing legal strategies in trademarks, copyright, technology transfer, and sports law. He is a founding partner of MCG Law Firm Peru, a university lecturer at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, President of the Ethics Committee of the Peruvian Football Federation, and Chair of the Sports Law Committee of
ASIPI.
In the public sector, he has held positions as Commissioner at the Copyright Commission, Vice President of the Transitional Commission on Distinctive Signs, and analyst at the Specialized Chamber on Intellectual Property of INDECOPI.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chile and a law degree from the University of Lima, graduating magna cum laude.
