Percy is a Peruvian lawyer with extensive experience in the sports industry who currently leads the Business and Legal Affairs division for sports and entertainment at TelevisaUnivision, Inc. He has served as Legal Director for various content and sports companies in the United Kingdom and Latin America, bringing an international and multicultural perspective to the development of media, technology, and sports betting markets.
Before joining TelevisaUnivision, he worked as Special Counsel LATAM for Genius Sports, was a Legal Consultant at Couchmans LLP (UK), a Senior Consultant at the Football Finance Group (UK), and was a Registered Lawyer under the FA Football Agents Regulations (UK).
He holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, an LL.M. from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (Madrid), and a postgraduate diploma in UK Sports Law from Wolfson College (Cambridge). He has fifteen years of experience in the sports market and has been based in Mexico City since 2022.
