Peruvian lawyer, graduated from the University of Lima, with a Master’s degree in Industrial Property Law and Competition from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has served as the principal lecturer in the course “Legislation in Communications” at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences for seven years. Founding partner of the law firm Allende & Garcia in Lima, Peru.
