This is perhaps the first Latin American work in which administrative and judicial decisions related to Appellations of Origin and / or Geographical Indications are collected and perhaps because of this it was difficult to obtain all those that ideally had been wanted. In any case, there was participation
from many colleagues, who brought great enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication. Thanks to them we can present this work.

The work has the participation of experts from several countries in both Latin America and Europe. Even the comments to the decisions are not necessarily from the country of origin of these experts and the most enriching is that the analysis made to the decisions is from experts of all ages, but mostly young.
