Activities prior to the start of ASIPI Bogotá On April 5 and 6, the members of the Executive Committee of the Association met in Bogotá, reporting on the tasks carried out since the Panama Conference from November of last year to the present day. Projects and activities to be carried out in the last year of management were also reviewed. On the morning of April 7, the Executive Committee met with the Host Committee of the upcoming ASIPI Congress in Rio de Janeiro that will take place from November 25 to 28, coordinating logistical aspects as well as the academic program of the event. The IP Seminar in the Pharmaceutical Industry beings Today, ASIPI formally started the Seminar on Intellectual Property in the Pharmaceutical Industry of the 21st Century, in the beautiful city of Bogotá, Colombia. The IP Seminar in the Pharmaceutical Industry concludes with resounding success On April 10th, ASIPI concluded the academic seminar of the IP Seminar in Bogotá. The coordinated panels began with the topic  “Pharmaceutical products, digital apps and big data – an environment in rapid evolution” addressed by Andrés Umaña of Microsoft (Colombia); Arturo Cuéllar from GlaxoSmithkline (Colombia) and Juanita Acosta from Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas (Colombia) as moderator.
