Adrian Perry

Adrian Perry is a partner at Covington & Burling LLP in New York in the Technology & IP Transactions group, one of the leaders of the firm’s metaverse, NFT and web3 practice, and co-chair of the firm’s Music Industry practice. His practice focuses on matters involving emerging and innovative uses of technology, IP, and data. He works with clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on media, entertainment and sports industry clients, handling technology transactions, data use and commercialization agreements, content licensing through digital and mobile platforms, and sponsorship transactions.
