Anthony Lupo

Partner at the firm Arent Fox Schiff. Recognized as the “Father of fashion law” by Forbes, Anthony Lupo represents and/or serves on the boards of brands such as: DVF, YSL, Valentino, Lacoste, Diesel, Jimmy Choo, Tesla, and Discovery.

Anthony’s practice is primarily focused in the areas of entertainment, fashion, and technology. His diverse client base includes Diane von Furstenberg, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Fila, Lacoste, Diesel, and Jimmy Choo in the fashion industry; Discovery Channel, Pixar, and Oprah Winfrey Network in entertainment industry; and Tesla, PlayStation, and LG in the technology space. For fashion and retail industry clients, Anthony often acts as their US general counsel. For entertainment and technology industry companies, Anthony’s work is focused on intellectual property and advertising. 

He also serves as a member of the firm’s executive committee, co-chairs the Intellectual Property practice, and chairs the Fashion, Luxury Goods & Retail group.
