Eleonora Carrillo

Eleonora Carrillo is a Spanish lawyer, professional representative before the EUIPO and Italian trademark attorney.
She joined Jacobacci & Partners in 2006 in Italy and transferred to the Spanish practice of the firm in 2011 in Madrid, where she manages the firm and heads the Trademark Division.
Eleonora launched and currently heads the LATAM Desk of the Jacobacci group, aimed at strengthening business relationships and handle IP work in the Latin American jurisdictions.
She manages worldwide trademark portfolios, particularly in the fashion and luxury sector, foodstuffs, wine, banking and entertainment industries.
She is the author of numerous publications on trademark topics and gives presentations in conferences. She also regularly lectures at Spanish post-graduate law schools on specific IP topics.
She is ranked as a trademark leader in Spain by World Trademark Review and was one of the “100 Most Influential Women in IP 2020” according to WIPR. She also received the “100 Latinos” Award, given to the most successful Latin American professionals in Spain, in 2014.
