Ewa Abrams

Ewa Abrams is General Counsel and Compliance Officer of Kering Americas, representing the interests of the Kering portfolio of luxury brands (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, Pomellato, and Boucheron,) in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America. Her work spans a wide variety of practice areas including compliance, data privacy, corporate transactional; intellectual property and unfair competition; advertising and media; real estate; and employment law matters. As lead counsel responsible for managing the company’s shared services legal needs, she also oversees all litigation and transactional legal work for Kering in the Americas.

Prior to joining Kering, she served as Vice President – Associate General Counsel, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer of Tiffany & Co. In her role as Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer, she implemented global compliance programs and identified, evaluated and managed risks associated with products, enterprise data privacy and information management. She has also enjoyed teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School’s Fashion Law Institute.
