Lorenzo Litta

Lorenzo is the Managing Partner of Brandit Legal and the CBO of Brandit. Admitted to the Bar in both Italy and Spain, Lorenzo handles all kinds of IP matters, including national and international legal proceedings. Lorenzo gained significant experience in managing worldwide anticounterfeiting activities and advising clients on domestic and international contractual and strategic operations related to image rights and sponsorship matters, especially with respect to the sports and esports world.

Lorenzo regularly holds seminars at universities and international associations on IP and has organized and promoted numerous events in the field and is currently a Board Member of INTA.

Lorenzo closely collaborates with the EUIPO EU Observatory on counterfeiting and piracy issues, as an appointed expert in the Expert Groups (Outreach EG) and in the Working Groups (Public Awareness WG) and on European Cooperation Project (ECP5) on “Authenticities”.

Lorenzo is also an admitted attorney at FA (British Football Association) and panelist at ADNDRC (Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre of Hong Kong).
