Although the concept of Artificial Intelligence has been around for many years if was not until the 1950’s when its true feasibility was explored. Within the years, with expanding funds going into AI research and with the ever-growing capacity of computers, AI thrived and has now become a fixture in every aspect of life. AI comes with challenges when dealing with IP and more specifically Patents rights regarding ownership and subject matter, among others.
