Fernando Ponce Sáez

Bachelor of Business Management from the University of the Americas and Diploma in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Extensive experience in Intellectual Property matters for more than 25 years, 10 of which were at Nestlé Company and he also worked for important legal firms.

He has been working at Cencosud since 2010. Active member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property – ASIPI
