Iván Sempere

Partner and director of the legal department at PADIMA. Doctor in Commercial Law and Honorary Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante, of which he is a member of its Social Council. With extensive experience as a lawyer, mediator and judicial expert specialized in intellectual property, specifically in industrial design, Iván is an active member of the Design Committee of the International Trademark Association INTA, where he chairs the Law & Practice Committee (2018-2020); he is the coordinator of the Industrial Property and Innovation group of the National Association for the Defense of the Trademark ANDEMA; as well as advisor in various national and multinational institutions and organizations. Author of more than thirty specialized publications and books in the field of entrepreneurship, innovation and industrial property, he is a visiting professor in several master programs, business schools and international universities such as ICADE, George Washington University, Florida University or the Technological University from El Salvador, among others. He has chaired the Universidad Empresa de Alicante Foundation (FUNDEUN) in the period (2012-2018) and the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (2009-2010).
